We are a small group who meet every Thursday at 9am in the Small Hall at Ettington Community Centre. The class is suitable for all age groups and activity levels so, whether you’ve done Pilates before or have only just heard of it, why not come along and see if our class is right for you?
A lifetime of poor posture, repetitive activities, minor injuries and periods of overactivity or inactivity can all play havoc with our bodies and this can become especially apparent as we get older. By gaining stronger core muscles, we can avoid using our bodies inappropriately and gradually improve our strength, balance and flexibility. Whether it’s an aching back, sore knees or creaky hips that trouble you, some simple, well-performed mat-based Pilates exercises can gradually improve your muscle strength, body balance, posture and mental well-being, making you feel taller, slimmer, stronger, more flexible and helping to improve your confidence.
Whether you need to stretch after a heavy gardening session, strengthen your leg muscles so you feel more confident in your walking group or just want a weekly boost to help you get through your day-to-day activities, Pilates is here to help.

Classes cost £8 per session on a pay-as-you-go basis, so you only pay for those you attend.
